Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival
Every year the sleepy town of Elmvale, Ontario explodes in a celebration of Nature's rites of Spring-the running of the Sap-Maple syrup to be exact.
The town transforms into a shoppers' mall; kids and grown-ups squeal in delight on the Ferris Wheel and snap-around cars; the hungry breakfasters chow down on sausages and pancakes topped by that golden nectar called Maple Syrup.

Every concert ends with an illuminated boat show and a bang as fireworks light up the night sky. A great family event for every age!
