Rocky Mountain Escape

Rocky Mountain Escape offers private, secluded log cabin accommodation and a wide variety of year-round, nature-oriented activities.

The 'Escape cabins are located in the heart of the front ranges of the great Canadian Rockies, adjacent to Jasper National Park and vast, undeveloped Willmore Wilderness.

We cater to folks looking for a quiet, scenic spot from which to enjoy the mountains.

During the summer/fall, we offer hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, whitewater rafting and fishing. Once we have good snow (typically mid-November to mid-April), we start cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and dog sledding.

Entrance Guest Ranch

The Entrance Guest Ranch is located in the scenic foothills of the Canadian Rockies near Hinton, Alberta, just 20 minutes from Jasper National Park.
Come stay and play in our peaceful setting within full view of the front ranges of the Rockies.

Horse trail rides begin at your doorstep, as well as hiking and canoeing at nearby Switzer provincial park with a chain of five small lakes. The ranch is ideal as a base for forays into world famous Jasper National Park with it's many natural wonders.

We offer trail rides by the hour or day in scenic foothills country with gorgeous mountain and river-views. Wildlife: elk, deer, coyotes and occasionally bears can be seen. In winter, revitalize your senses with a trail ride in the crisp Mountain Air! The snow covered Mountain tops provide a glorious backdrop for our Rivers and Valleys, with freshly fallen snow.

Our log cabins and rooms have a full kitchen and bedding and towels are provided. All cabins are cozy, comfy, and non-smoking.

You can camp out at the Ranch too. Pitch up your own tent , set up a camper, or sleep in the hay loft of the barn as kids sometimes enjoy doing.
