Little Bear Lake Resort along with the local snowmobile club ( Esker Bear Inc. ) takes pride in the fact that the area has some of the best snowmobiling trails in Saskatchewan. There are approximately 350 kms of groomed trails and hundreds of kilometers of "off-road" trails. There are many warm-up shelters along the trail to stop at to light a warm fire. The local trail system links up with surrounding clubs on the Trans-Canada Trail. The elevation of the area is the third highest in Saskatchewan which creates some of the greatest snow conditions.
