Falcon's Lair Resort

Falcon's Lair Resort is a small family run resort located 15 minutes from Port Loring, in Golden Valley, Ont., just one hour south-west of North Bay. We offer 5 modern 2 and 3 bedroom cottages. A mile off the beaten path, right on the lake, you will enjoy the tranquil setting of our fully equipped, spotlessly clean cottages and grounds.

Each cottage is located on or within very close proximity to the lake, but far enough away from each other to ensure your privacy. All cottages offer a 3 pc. bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and radio, 2 or 3 bedrooms, propane BBQs, screened in porch with a beautiful view and table and chairs.

Enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities including: badminton, volleyball, croquet , bocci ball, children's playground, horseshoe pits, fire pits (wood provided), various books and games, paddle boats, swimming (from the shore, rocks, or docks, no beach), water slide, high diving board, boating (boat rental or private boat dockage), fishing, and common deck area for sunbathing/socializing at the central dock.

White Birches Camp

White Birches Camp is a vacation paradise situated on a peninsula between Wilson Lake and Pigeon Lake, one of a chain of 3 beautiful lakes on the Pickerel River System.

Electrically heated housekeeping cottages, park model trailers, camping cabins, RV and tent sites, group camping and outpost cottages, we have it all! Our cottages and park model trailers contain full housekeeping facilities, 3 piece baths, microwaves, satellite TV's & propane barbeques. Trailers have central air.

We have well maintained boats, motors and docks, great fishing on local and inland lakes, laundromat, sauna, recreation room, children's playground, beaches, secluded picnic areas & forest trails.

Want to really get away and do some super fishing? Book one of our outpost cottages. The Julius Lake cabin is on a picturesque lake close to a river with forest trails, beautiful water rapids and excellent bass fishing. Our Long Lake Outpost cottage is in the heart of the Georgian Bay Park Area...with great fishing and numerous fishing lakes to explore. To reach our outpost we transport our guests by barge and then across a portage...some say the trip is worth the vacation!
